Sip Northwest – Craveable Kelowna

Sip Northwest recently published their annual BC Wine Guide and we are excited to see RauDZ Creative Concepts Ltd., Chef Rod Butters and Chef Bernard Casavant mentioned along with the best-selling cookbook ‘The Okanagan Table:  The Art of Everyday Home Cooking’ profiled as Craveable Kelowna.   They even included the recipe of Lamb Osso Bucco with Mashed Red Jacket Potatoes for the home cook.  This recipe has been featured on the menu at RauDZ Regional Table and now you can make it at home too.
