A Taste Through Time – Chef Butters hosts farm dinner party
Launched last summer, Go Foodism is held on the last Sunday of every month until September, and is a unique opportunity to dine at the farm with a chef presenting a dinner and sharing his stories with each course.
Before dinner, guests can explore the property alongside those who raised their dinner and harvest some of the bounty nurtured according to the Fresh Local Organic Seasonal (FLOS) mentality. The FLOS mentality is prioritized in that order and uses local farms to help grow community. Gatzke’s creates a food and beverage service that educates people about the connection between food, nature and agriculture.
Chef Butters who’s business and personal philosophy is eating, drinking and supporting local, is thrilled to join the Go Foodism lineu for 2015.
