Chef Rod Butters and The Wickaninnish Inn

Before Kelowna came to know Chef Butters and his various restaurants, he was the opening chef for The Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino.

Described as ‘rustic elegance on nature’s edge’ on the west coast of Vancouver Island, the famed Wickaninnish Inn is famous for their hospitality, incredible location and award winning restaurant.

They have recently released a cookbook featuring recipes created and developed by their chefs and guests over the years.  A number of recipes from Chef Butters are included in this beautiful book.
