Passionate about the local wine industry, Audrey Surrao enjoys putting her taste buds to the test in judging sessions searching for the best locally produced wines.

Under the direction of co-owner Audrey Surrao, our Liquid Chefs subscribe to the food philosophy of Chef Rod Butters and use fresh, local and season ingredients in their cocktail creations.
