Supporting Okanagan Beef Farmers
Launching this month, RauDZ Regional Table is putting the spotlight on Okanagan beef. Always supporters of high quality meats from BC and Alberta purveyors, on the weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) the ‘Butchers Cut’ special will feature Okanagan Beef. RauDZ is proud to partner with three of the best local, ethical beef producers in BC. These producers all share in our belief that cattle are allowed to be finished naturally without any animal by-products, chemical additives or growth promotants like steroids.
About Our Beef Farmers
63 Acres is a local brand of premium Angus-cross beef raised on selected partner farms in Southern BC. Raised locally, fed naturally, treated humanely. Their beef is free range, grass fed and grain finished without any added hormones or steroids.
Two Rivers Specialty Meats is a purveyor of fine local meats that are free of anticbiotics, homones and chemical feed additives. Our calves are born on Ray Creek Ranch between Merritt and Logan Lake in the south Okanagan. We believe that people should know where their food is coming form and that it was produced ethically and naturally.
1846 Pure BC Beef – The 1846 100% BC Beef name originated as a tribute to the first settlers that brought the beef industry to Canada. 1846 is quality beef that is hormone and antibiotic-free. Their beef is proudly raised on a family ranching operations in the BC interior.
Join us at RauDZ every weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) this winter and celebrate our Okanagan beef farmers with our Butcher’s Cut special.
