The Okanagan Table cookbook wins again!

The Okanagan Table was recently awarded silver in the Regional/Cultural Cookbooks category of the Taste Canada awards.  The award is given to the best cookbook written by a Canadian author “which best exemplifies the cooking of a specific terroir or region in Canada, or, the cooking of a specific ethnic group in Canada or around the world.”

Global Okanagan visited Chef Butters in the kitchen at RauDZ to get the story behind the book and it’s latest accolade.
