1560 Water Street in Kelowna has been the address for the restaurants of RauDZ Creative Concepts since 2001. It began with Fresco Restaurant, a AAA 4 Diamond Award winning restaurant, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and Okanagan wines. We are serious about supporting local, and that focus continues today at RauDZ Regional Table and it’s counterpart: micro bar • bites. We’re blessed in the Okanagan to have a large number of independent growers, vintners and crafts people who excel at what they do. Many of our suppliers have been with us for years. Their philosophy and passion dovetails with ours: grow, or produce, local fare of the highest quality. Our food menus, cocktail list and wine list changes frequently in response to the changes in season. Our wine list is 100% Okanagan, and we have won numerous awards for our innovative cocktail program. We have dubbed our bartenders ‘Liquid Chefs’ in recognition of their culinary expertise & creativity with house made syrups, reductions and original cocktail recipes.
In the front of the house our talented team finds the balance of technical service and humbleness by delivering attentive and detailed service. The same team expertly guides and encourages our guests to expand their palate whether it be with one of our daily menu features, an interesting cocktail or an exclusive wine from a small local producer.
The Restaurant Manager is the key that holds everything together by anticipating and directing each & every aspect of service, using innovative management to ensure both employee and guest satisfaction.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, and owners Rod Butters & Audrey Surrao, the Manager is responsible for human resources, training & development, performance management, industry watch & networking, budgetary planning, and restaurant administration. A thorough knowledge of wine & spirits is essential.
This October 2015, RauDZ Regional Table was recognized in the TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Awards, Best Restaurants in Canada. Taking #5 in the country’s Top 10 is the ultimate honor as it is awarded based on thousands of reviews from our guests. Our new Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in maintaining our standards while driving and inspiring the team to new heights.
